Mother’s Day is coming up in a few weeks and I’ve rounded up some things I have been eyeing lately that I would love to be gifted. Any of these items would make great gifts for the stylish mom in your life! Here is my breakdown and where to shop:
- Raffia Tote Bag: Nothing screams summer like a Raffia bag. I love the Parisian-chic style that is all the rage now and these two tote bags would make the perfect Mother’s Day gift. The Justine Basket bag from Sezane is French-chic to a tee and comes in different leather colors and a cute floral print. The Longchamp bag has a super cute beaded detail that I think adds an extra pop of color and is perfect for the summer. The shape, size, and material of these bags make them timeless, chic, and functional.
- Charm Necklace: I am an 80s child through and through and when I saw that charm necklaces are back in style, I was immediately on board. I love the updated, mature versions that I am seeing from brands like Hart and Jennifer Miller. There are also a lot of customizable sites where you can pick out charms that have meaning behind them and lots of sellers on Etsy as well. I also love the Bubble letter charm trend I am seeing and this Local Eclectic style comes in a few different colors and would compliment any spring or summer outfit.
- Her favorite Perfume: Perfume is one of those things that always makes a great gift. Find out what her favorite scent is and get her a new bottle, she will appreciate this gift, trust me. I am loving Gucci’s floral scent but also like to change things up and Sephora always has mini sampler packs of different scents, like this Hermes one, that would be a great gift for the person looking to try a new scent.
- L’ange Le Volume Titanium Dryer Brush: Move over Dyson, this product is 1/3 the price and does a better job at creating that just left the salon blowout. I have had my dryer brush for a few months now and have never been able to get my hair looking so bouncy and soft at home. There are many L’ange products to choose from for all hair types. Add any Kerastase product, like this Hair Serum, and its a perfect gift set!
- Fun Sneakers: Adidas has made a huge comeback with the popularity of the Samba, which I own in 3 colors, but there are also Gazelles, and Spezials by Adidas that are fun to wear. Autry is a European sneaker brand that has some really fun styles of everyday sneakers, including this gold metallic pair. Sneakers are a great gift because they are so practical but also these styles are chic and stylish.
- Boarderie Charcuterie Board: I kept seeing ads for Boarderie and think these customizable charcuterie boards make an excellent gift, they even have one specifically for Mother’s Day. What’s great about this gift is that it is unique and everyone will enjoy it, plus it takes one other thing off a mom’s plate if she is hosting. There are different sizes and options to choose from on their site and who wouldn’t love having one of these beautiful boards delivered to their home?
Other Ideas: Gift cards to get a facial, a massage, a mani/ pedi or a hair treatment are always great Mother’s Day gifts. Making a reservation for brunch or dinner without asking is another great gift idea! Taking your significant other on a little getaway to celebrate Mother’s Day is of course always a great gift. But the most important thing of all, is just reminding the moms in your life of how special they are and how much they deserve, not just on this one day, but every day.
